Recipe: JaM'n Berry Baked Brie

Holiday Yumminess

Not of a lot of things say, "holiday yumminess" like a baked brie in pastry. This one’s even easier to love:

  • 3 ingredients

  • 5 minutes

  • Dee-licious with #JaMCab

INGREDIENTS

1 tube of refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 round of Brie cheese
2 tablespoons cranberry sauce

…Oh and a bottle of JaM Cab (all this bakin’ is makin’ me thirsty)!

METHOD

1 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). 

2 Slice the top off the brie

3 Lay crescent rolls on a lined baking sheet

4 Spread cranberry sauce on the brie, fold dough over brie (oops a splash of my JaM Cab MAY have landed in the cranberries…)

5 Bake at 350ºF (175°C) for 30 minutes, pastry should be golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Serve with bread, crackers, apple slices and #JaMCab.
